PSC Handle-Tech Pipe Lifter -
No Touch Hands Free Hands Off Safety Tool

The PSC Handle-Tech Pipe Lifter is the latest addition to PSC’s hands-free safety product line. In many industries, such as fracking, workers often spend the day dragging pipes and hoses across fields. These hoses are typically too large to grip comfortably and may be under high pressure or filled with hazardous gases or chemicals. The conventional method for moving them involves bending down, hugging the hose to your body, and walking while dragging it—often across muddy, wet, slippery, or icy terrain. This approach is not only awkward but also increases the risk of injuries, including hand and back injuries, falls, and accidents caused by decoupling hoses striking people.
The solution is a simple handle that can be securely attached to any hose or pipe, allowing workers to lift and move hoses while standing in a more natural position—much like carrying a suitcase. These handles make the task significantly easier and safer, so workers will likely prefer using them over handling hoses and pipes manually.
Available sizes: 3 to 3.75”, 4 to 4.75”, and 6 to 6.75”.

FEATURES
The pipe lifter enables workers to handle hoses and pipes in a natural, upright position, reducing back strain and minimizing the risk of injuries caused by bending or awkward postures.
It eliminates the need for manual dragging, which is often linked to falls, hand injuries, and other workplace accidents.
Designed for one-handed operation, the tool allows workers to lift and maneuver pipes efficiently without compromising safety.
Its intuitive design accelerates tasks such as coupling operations in manifolds or loading zones, saving both time and physical effort.
With its secure grip and locking mechanism, the Handle-Tech tool minimizes the risk of pinch or crush injuries commonly associated with manual hose handling.
Ideal for hoses carrying hazardous fluids, the lifter helps reduce direct contact with potentially dangerous substances, enhancing operator safety.
Engineered from high-performance materials, the tool offers excellent electrical insulation and resistance to extreme temperatures.
It has been rigorously tested to lift over 1,100 pounds, making it exceptionally strong and reliable for industrial applications.
The handle locks securely onto hoses or pipes using a quick latch mechanism. Once engaged, users can safely lift and move pipes with ease, thanks to the ergonomic design.
APPLICATIONS
Used in oil and gas drilling operations to safely transfer mud fluids. The Handle-Tech tool provides a secure grip on heavy, slippery hoses, reducing the risk of injuries during suction and pumping.
In hydraulic fracturing, the tool helps workers handle large-diameter hoses used for water transfer from trucks to frack ponds, minimizing strain and improving operational efficiency.
Ideal for wastewater and bio-waste management. The Handle-Tech lifter enables hygienic and safe maneuvering of heavy sewer hoses, preventing accidents such as hose decoupling.
In facilities managing high-pressure water lines, the tool enhances ergonomics and safety during hose handling for both treated and untreated water.
Widely used in refineries and fuel transport, the Handle-Tech ensures safer handling of pressurized fuel hoses, reducing risks in hazardous environments.
Perfect for managing hoses and pipes carrying chemicals or gases in high-temperature zones. Its heat-resistant build supports safe and efficient operations.
Farmers can use the tool to move large hoses for irrigation or fertilizer transfer with ease, reducing physical strain during repetitive handling tasks.
Ideal for sanitary hose handling in food plants. The tool supports the safe transfer of liquids like milk, juice, or other food-grade substances.
Used in clean-up efforts involving hazardous materials or polluted water, the Handle-Tech lifter helps workers manage hoses safely, without direct contact with contaminants.
